 You are asking companies to see the value in you. Just give me a shot and I will show you I can do the job...that is your ask. That begs that employers are hurting. It's true, the job market is hot. But, for leadership jobs, companies have their pick. If I can get you to do one thing right now, I would ask you to dump your UVP. It sucks. How do I know? Have a listen.

Adam I get it. Still struggling with UAP. Tried to buy the book. I guess it’s only available to clients. Is that correct?
