Adam Reiter is an author and independent corporate staffing executive based out of Newport Beach, CA.  Beginning his career journey running staffing for some of the most coveted brands in the US and abroad, Adam struggled to find fulfillment in the corporate paradigm. Again and again he was constantly drawn back to a single driving principle; helping people. 
    He made the decision to transition away from the path he was on, and redirect his talents toward helping others find their dream jobs. Adam thrives on seeing others succeed. For over the past decade Adam has been refining his formula of looking at the individual as a business. As a business, the job seeker must refuse to settle for unsuccessful practices.
