Happy New Year, Adam. I hope it's a big year for both of us. I am through over 200 applications and I have two intro chats to show for it. So, as you say, I have validated that I am not using the correct techniques. I want "good reaction" to me. How can we get this going?

Adam, after 30 years of experience and hundreds of applications with no offers. Discouraged is a unfortunate but real state of my job search. I make things happen and have in my past positions, but rarely even get to the interview table. I hear your battle cry but was that for the “hiring manager”? Open to suggestions...
