Solomon Community Solar seeks a full-time marketing leader with broad general marketing experience, including engagement and acquisitions marketing, to work in our executive offices in Norwalk, CT, in the famed fintech and energy trading corridor of Fairfield County, one hour by train from New York City. Core Job Accountabilities: · This role will primarily focus on acquiring and engaging customers across all channels to drive new enrollments and create memorable engagement marketing programs that drive loyalty. · Launch, manage, track and report on acquisitions and engagement marketing initiatives. · Lead customer acquisitions through direct mail, digital channels (including social media, website and email campaigns), and direct sales agents. You're comfortable writing copy & creative briefs, and diving into the details of the data. · Manage the direct mail team to improve all efforts across channels and drive top-line growth · Work closely with Chief Marketing Officer for project deployment and implementation of new programs, developers (aka clients) and processes, cross checking with functional experts for accuracy. Ensure all projects are on time. Use tools to simplify processes for internal management. · Take the time and care to understand every facet of the business · Must be able to look for efficiencies, yet still achieve success REQUIREMENTS: · Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred · 7+ years experience in consumer engagement and acquisitions marketing. · Skill set includes strategic thinking, ability to create marketing plans and execute direct mail, email and digital marketing programs.
