I'm too close to it. When I think about the people I admire in business they are always the big idea guys. I know I have some but when I write them down they don't seem big like the people I admire. They seem quite basic.

Here's a big idea. The employer has ATS - software that sifts and sorts resumes in order to get to the most compatible applicants.

My idea is a software that does two things: it scans a job description and find the key words that a candidate needs to hit. I call that "deconstruction." Then the software takes a potential candidate qualifications, rearrangement, and applies such to the job description deconstruction. I call this "curated."

Candidates then know - "hey I have a real chance at this position" and don't waste their time sending resumes out that have no chance at all of being successful. Employers also know that their ATS doesn't have to work so hard because the candidates have already been curated.
