IT'S IMPORTANT TO ASK...WHAT IS MY ROI? WELL, IF YOU USE ME, IT'S TO GET HIRED. THE QUESTION, I WANT TO ASK YOU IS SIMPLE. DO YOU KNOW YOUR ROI FOR COMPANIES, EMPLOYERS? IF YOU KNOW IT AND YOU BELIEVE IT, WHY ARE YOU HERE?
I was reminded of my it's important to talk about Return on Investment during last week's new client intake calls. My hope is that making sure your ROI is great is as critical to you as it is to me. Your job search depends on it. I recorded some more thoughts from an interesting call last week. Here you go...

Adam, you are so right! My ROI has been poorly defined. I am mad at myself for "sitting on my hands". Help!

I spent 30 years in corporate America with nearly 20 in leadership roles. I have always been known as a growth guy. Never had to look for a job and I can't get anyone to respond. It's been 7 months, two interviews. That is not a good hit rate. I am struggling to figure out my differentiating value. I could not get on your schedule last week but know I need the help. Is there anyway we can speak. I am serious about getting to work and would like your help. I have sent an email to your assistant hoping she can help.
