Adam,

I get it but I am finding difficulty doing it. I have been in big corporate America for over 20 years. This is just tough to remove from my lexicon. I look forward for some long overdue help from you and your team.

This resonates with me because I agree that prospective employers are interested in hiring me, not the company I used to work for and not the team that I used to work with. Employers need to know what "I" can bring to their table, not that I used to hang out with a "swell bunch of folks."
