"...Having an unbiased expert to be accountable to was instrumental in persevering and keeping a positive attitude. Sometimes I felt confident, but other times I did not think I would have success. I even asked Adam if he thought I would find a great new role. (What do you think he said…?) One week before Christmas I found myself with 2 great offers, and a difficult decision as to which one to choose. Ultimately, I selected a company and a role which I believe fulfills my career aspirations.
I plan to continue to execute the networking strategies which I learned from Adam, and I pay it back and forward to others in their job search.

I am not sure how many calls I get that sound the same but, it's a load. The call starts with a robust history of a total career progression...greatest hits list. I listen with intention. I am trying to find the unique value. Some five to ten minutes later, I wait...and wait for it.

I recorded(audio below) the rest for you. Go crush it this week!

I have long enjoyed your posts. Looks like you are transitioning to a new site. I am eagerly awaiting your next book. Yes, I make assumptions about what people want...still struggling to figure out what they need to hear from me.
