Interesting view about the AI. I have 25 years in IT software creation and I can tell, you are right about using AI in the repetitive jobs. But the end hire decision will be done by a human. As long as there will be needed a human to be hired for the job, a human will have the final decision, not an AI. If the AI will be the decision maker to hire for a position, that position will be already possible to be covered by an AI. So no need to hire for it a human, just take the AI to do it.
AI should be scary. Based on human initial hypothesis that is then left to expand and grow based on collected data. This can be dangerous as we will be prejudged, analyzed, and directed before we realize what is happening. Job interviews will never be the same with AI
