Everywhere I go, I see your job search. I heard this one before Thanksgiving several times and I need you to change. Shake this from your professional vocabulary and replace it with...have a listen.

It's a change for me. I thought that was my value, a ton of experience. Now, I think it is hurting me.

Yes, I dropped the "30 years of experience" from my employer dialog. It worked. I had to speak about actions. As always, thank you for your help and support in my search. I am confident that I won't need to do this again for a while and that is a giant relief.
