Advanced Job Search Program PRO — Terms & Refund Policy
Effective date: October 22, 2025
1) What this covers
These Terms govern your participation in CandidateOps’ Advanced Job Search Program PRO (the “Program”), which includes 8 Weekly Strategy Sessions and supporting materials. By enrolling, you agree to these Terms.
2) Attendance, Scheduling & Participation
2.1 Show-Up Requirement
• You may not miss more than 8 consecutive days between any two sessions without prior written approval from CandidateOps.
• If you exceed this gap without prior approval, your Program will be terminated and you will not be eligible for any refund (full or partial) or the Get Hired Guarantee.
2.2 Weekly Cadence
• The Program relies on weekly execution. You must schedule one session each week through the client portal (vcita.com).
• Consistency and execution are essential to outcomes and to eligibility under the Refund Guarantees below.
2.3 Rescheduling
• Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Rescheduling does not extend the “no more than 8 consecutive days” rule unless you receive prior written approval from CandidateOps.
3) Guarantees & Refunds
3.1 “4th Session” Full Refund (no-questions-asked)
• You may cancel any time up to (and including) your 4th session—the LinkedIn Strategy Session—and receive a full refund.
• To cancel, email us before the 4th session begins. Once the 4th session starts, this specific refund window closes.
3.2 Get Hired Guarantee (earned incentive)
Promise: If you do your part and we can’t help you get hired by the end of your 8th Weekly Strategy Session, you get a full refund.
Your part (all required):
1) Show up for your Weekly Strategy Session every week (no more than 8 days between sessions, unless approved in writing).
2) Execute the strategies you select from the options we provide and complete the actions you designate for that week.
Eligibility & scope:
• If, by the end of the 8th Weekly Strategy Session, you have not converted at least one job offer that you want, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Missing a Weekly Strategy Session and/or not executing the designated weekly actions voids the Get Hired Guarantee.
• The Program ends immediately once you tell us you accepted a job offer; any remaining sessions are cancelled and no refund applies thereafter.
Note on “job offer that you want”:
This means a bona fide job offer that you decide is acceptable for your career goals. If you accept any job offer during the Program, the Guarantee ends and no refund is due.
4) How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under either policy:
1) Email CandidateOps from your client email with subject “Refund Request – Advanced Job Search Program PRO.”
2) State which refund you’re requesting (4th Session refund or Get Hired Guarantee).
3) For the Get Hired Guarantee, include:
• The dates of your 8 Weekly Strategy Sessions,
• A brief list of the weekly actions you selected and completed, and
• Confirmation that you did not accept any job offer during the Program.
We will review your request in good faith and process eligible refunds promptly after verification.
5) Termination
• CandidateOps may terminate your participation if you exceed the 8-day gap rule without prior approval or otherwise materially breach these Terms.
• If terminated for these reasons, you forfeit eligibility for refunds and the Get Hired Guarantee.
6) What’s Included vs. Not Included
• Included: 8 Weekly Strategy Sessions, guidance, frameworks, and options of strategies from which you will choose weekly actions.
• Not included: Performing your weekly actions for you, legal/financial advice, or guarantees of a specific employer, title, salary, location, or start date.
7) General
• Entire Agreement: These Terms govern the Program and supersede prior verbal statements on guarantees/refunds.
• Non-transferable: Your enrollment and any refunds are non-transferable.
• No partial refunds unless expressly provided above.
• Updates: CandidateOps may update non-material aspects of these Terms; material changes will be communicated and apply prospectively.
8) Acceptance
By enrolling in the Advanced Job Search Program PRO, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Refund Policy.
